September 2026: Appointment cases, ICF intake template and your own time zone

septiembre de 202624 versiones

September introduced appointment cases to group related visits, a ready-made ICF intake template, and time zones you set yourself. It also brought faster lists and stronger protection for files, photos and personal information.

  • Appointments and cases: You can group related appointments into cases with progress, full change history and a single reason for overrides.
  • Intake and custom fields: An ICF intake template with a 2 × 2 grid, conditional fields, billing-code templates and more flexible file fields help you capture what matters.
  • Time and scheduling: Appointment times, opening hours and calendars now follow the time zone you set, with a preview before you change a location.
  • Everyday speed: Lists load faster, switching layouts is quicker, bulk selection is available and the Save button shows its own progress.
  • Security and reliability: Private files, photos and typed reasons are better protected, and invitation emails are now limited per address.

Funciones

  • Appointment cases: You can group related appointments under one case, see progress such as “8 of 12” on every appointment, and close a case with an outcome that locks its appointments. Every change is recorded in a full case history, including the reason for each close or reopen, and you can reopen a case you closed yourself. Case documents can be downloaded, edited and deleted in the case drawer.
  • ICF intake template: You can add a complete intake built on the WHO ICF model in one step from Custom Fields, laid out as a 2 × 2 grid with four named boxes. After you add it, it is an ordinary field set you can change, and its values are stored encrypted. Your own field sets can use the same 2 × 2 grid, which shows side by side on a laptop and stacked on a phone.
  • Your own time zone: You can set a time zone for your organization, and appointments, opening hours and calendars show in the time zone of the place they happen. Before changing a location’s time zone, you can preview the effect on upcoming appointments and review conflicts, while past records stay as they were. Each organization’s time zone was set automatically from your market.
  • Smarter custom fields: Fields can show, hide or become read-only based on another answer, and specific images can be published publicly while the original file stays private. Ready-made billing-code templates add an official code list to your appointment fields, and you can deactivate options so they are no longer offered for new choices.
  • Flexible files and previews: You can choose your own file types, size limits and file counts for public and private file fields. Image thumbnails now appear in file lists, upload queues, documents and attachments.
  • Faster lists and clearer saving: Lists for people, staff, appointments, locations and services load with fewer waiting steps, and a list you return to shows its rows right away. The Save button shows its own progress, and your chosen layout is remembered for each menu. Filters work the same way in every layout.
  • Address autofill and staff access: Entering a postal code and house number fills in the street and town in the admin portal, the online portal and the booking widget. Staff access now has clear invite, resend, revoke and reactivate actions, and inactive records are read-only and cannot be booked.
  • Staff, services and photos: Staff are assigned directly to the services and visit reasons they perform. A Photos section controls where photos appear, each team member has a “Show photo publicly” setting, and people booking online now see staff photos.
  • Dashboard and website: An upcoming staff birthdays widget joins the dashboard, and Praxium’s public website now also serves visitors in Italy, Spain and Belgium.

Correcciones

  • Language consistency: Invitation emails and their confirmation pages, sign-in, relative times such as “5 minutes ago”, wait-time messages, and form and validation errors now use the correct language instead of English or Dutch.
  • Lists and navigation: Switching between Table, Split, Board and Calendar no longer jumps to the wrong record, view or date, and sorting no longer opens records. Exports now keep zero, false and dash values and show blanks correctly.
  • Dates and times: Calendars, filters and date pickers now use your organization’s own day, and each calendar column is labelled with the time zone of its location. Appointment times no longer show unnecessary seconds.
  • Forms and data safety: After a refused save, a form now scrolls to the first field that needs attention and focuses it, and clearing trial data returns you to the sign-in page instead of a blank screen.

Seguridad y fiabilidad

  • Files and photos: Private files are more strictly protected, public images are checked and limited to safe formats, and photos of the people you serve are never cached. When a photo is replaced or removed, any earlier public copy is taken down.
  • Personal information: Reasons typed for overrides, cancellations, reschedules and case changes are now stored encrypted. Requests for a case or document you cannot see no longer reveal whether it exists.
  • Email limits: Each address can receive at most 3 invitation emails per 24 hours, and manual appointment email resends are limited to 3 per 24 hours per appointment. A refused resend no longer replaces an existing sign-in link.
  • Access and sign-in: Public marketing pages can no longer be reached through a portal address. Additional safeguards cover list data access, password confirmation and resistance to automated abuse.
  • Platform reliability: Connections to the database are now verified and encrypted, brief database restarts are retried automatically, and branded web addresses are checked daily and repaired if they drift. Core software was updated, including a fix for a critical publicly disclosed vulnerability.
