Case history and reasons, private photo delivery, and flexible custom fields

This release adds activity history and required reasons to case changes, lets a therapist reopen a case they closed themselves, delivers staff and client photos faster and more privately with a new public-photo switch, adds a 2×2 layout option for custom fields including a ready-made ICF intake template, and fixes several issues including a stuck screen after clearing trial data and custom field ordering that did not save.

Funciones

  • Case activity history: every change to a case is now recorded, and the case drawer shows the full history, including the reason given for closing, reopening, or editing a closed case.
  • Reopen your own closed cases: a therapist who closed a case can now reopen it themselves, instead of needing an administrator.
  • Manage documents from the case drawer: case documents can now be downloaded, edited, or deleted directly from the case drawer, matching what was already possible from the client's Documents tab.
  • Faster, more private photos: staff and client photos now load faster, and each staff member has a new switch that controls whether their photo may appear on the public website.
  • Flexible custom field layouts: a custom field set can now use a 2×2 grid layout, and a ready-made ICF intake template is available for physiotherapy practices.
  • Clearer collapsible sections: actions such as reorder and add buttons now sit consistently in the header of a collapsible section, whether it is open or folded.

Correcciones

  • Clearing trial data no longer gets stuck: after clearing all data, the trial admin now lands on the sign-in page with a clear notice, instead of a blank screen that reloaded endlessly.
  • Custom field set order now saves: dragging a field set to a new position now saves immediately, with a confirmation message and automatic recovery if the save fails.
  • Accurate “today” on calendars: calendars and date limits now use the practice's own date, fixing occasional mismatches for staff and browsers in a different time zone.
  • Appointment saving fixed for certain custom fields: saving an appointment that only changed fields without activity logging, such as the ICF intake template, no longer fails.
  • Simple custom fields display correctly: custom fields offering plain yes/no style choices, like the ICF “Assessed?” question, now show compact options instead of oversized cards.

Seguridad y fiabilidad

  • Encrypted reasons for case changes: the reason given when closing, reopening, or editing a closed case is stored encrypted and only shown in the case history.
  • Stronger photo privacy: client photos are never cached and staff photos are cached privately, keeping sensitive images protected while still loading quickly.
  • Underlying software kept current: we updated core platform software to close a critical, publicly disclosed vulnerability; our use of the affected feature was never exposed to it.
