Faster lists, clearer saving and safer invitation emails
Lists now open instantly when you return to them, and the Save button shows its own progress instead of dimming the form. Invitation emails are also limited per address, so nobody receives unwanted repeats.
Funciones
- Faster lists: Custom field pages and the lists for people, staff, appointments, locations and services now load with fewer waiting steps, and a list you return to within 20 seconds shows its rows right away without a loading placeholder.
- Quieter refreshes: A refreshed list only tells you when records joined or left it, and screen readers hear “Results refreshed” after you press refresh.
- Layout always remembered: The layout you pick for a list, such as Calendar, Table, Split or Board, is remembered for each menu, and a message tells you if saving that choice fails.
- Progress in the Save button: While a save runs, the button shows “Saving” with a spinner and ignores extra clicks, forms that stay open briefly show “Saved”, and fields no longer grey out.
- AI suggestions on the field: When a spoken answer cannot be applied on its own, an “AI suggests” line appears under the field, with a Use this button when the heard name matches exactly one option, in any language your data has, and nothing is saved until you press Save.
- Easier AI chip controls: The undo button now sits inside the “AI filled” chip and has a larger area to click or tap.
- Staff photos when booking: In the Client Portal, people booking online now see staff photos in the slot grid, in the selected-slot summary and on the staff chips.
- Photo consent stays visible: The public photo switch on a staff profile stays visible while it is switched on, even when staff photos are hidden inside Praxium, so consent can always be withdrawn.
- Clearer calendars: Narrow calendar cards show one face plus a round “+N” count instead of clipped photos, and calendar lines and card edges are stronger on bright screens.
- Tidier dashboard widgets: A widget header now has a single line beneath it, and the Tasks widget centres its “View all tasks” link.
Correcciones
- New photos appear at once: After you save a person’s photo, the new face shows immediately everywhere that person is named, including lookup fields.
- Photo preview retries: Each time you open the enlarged photo it starts fresh, so an image that failed to load is tried again, and the enlarged view is sharper.
- Split view after refresh: Refreshing a list that opened a record in Split view no longer leaves the side panel empty.
- Calendar layout choice: Pressing Calendar before the view was ready no longer breaks the list, and changing layout no longer resets the appointment calendar columns or date range.
- Reasons for refused resends: Resending an invitation or an appointment email now explains why it was refused instead of only showing “Resend failed”.
- Dutch wording: The appointment edit page and several labels now read more naturally in Dutch, such as “Afspraak bewerken”, “Afspraakinformatie” and “Datum & tijd”.

- Limits on invitation emails: Each email address can now receive at most 3 invitation emails per 24 hours, and one sender can send at most 50 per hour, which protects people from unwanted repeats.
- Existing links stay valid: A refused resend no longer replaces the sign-in link the person already has.
- Limit on appointment email resends: A manual resend of an appointment email is now limited to 3 per 24 hours for each appointment.
- More reliable sign-out: Signing out still ends your session and clears cached data even if recording the sign-out fails.
- Safer photo delivery: Additional safeguards now protect how private photos are delivered to the people allowed to see them.
- Updated components: Security updates were applied to underlying software components.
