Month view in every calendar, location branding and membership joining fees

Every calendar now offers a Month view, and each location can show its own brand on its sign-in page, in the Client Portal and in emails. Membership plans can also charge a one-time joining fee with the first payment.

Funciones

  • Month view in every calendar: the Appointment Calendar, the Appointments tabs, a room's Reservations tab, a plan's Schedule tab and the dashboard widget now offer Day, 3 days, Week and Month. A month shows up to four items a day with a +N more link that opens that day, the dashboard widget shows a count per day, and booking time pickers keep Day, 3 days and Week.
  • Sessions view and clearer timeline: a person's Memberships tab has a Sessions view with a Table of every session week by week, including skipped weeks, and a Calendar with all four ranges, plus a filter when someone has several memberships. Timeline bars now start with their first day, one Today line runs over every lane, and the Schedule tab shows each person with an avatar and linked name.
  • Location branding: a web address that belongs to a location shows that location's logo, name and colours on its sign-in page, keeps them after sign-in and on the lock screen, and names the location in the browser tab. Other web addresses keep the organization brand.
  • Emails that name the right location: an email about a location is sent under that location's name only when the location has its own logo, and otherwise it is sent as the organization with the location's contact details in the footer. Account emails now show the logo, membership emails show a Membership location row when there is more than one active location, and every button opens the Client Portal on the right web address.
  • Membership location: each membership records its location, and Assign membership and Give trial ask for it only when the plan is valid at more than one location.
  • Joining fee for memberships: a plan can charge a one-time fee under its own name with the first payment of every new paid membership. You can set another amount, or none, for one person, and the Pay link, receipts, emails and the Payments view show the fee.
  • Assign and Give trial from a plan: the plan's Members tab offers both actions with the plan fixed and the person picked first, and an archived plan shows an Archived badge in its title.
  • Own prices stay in place: a plan price change no longer replaces a price you set for one person, and those people are listed under Keep their own price. Change price for one person now shows their own dates, a lower price starts at the next renewal without a 30-day wait, the increase email explains how to cancel, and people get an email when an announced change is called off.
  • Membership payments guide: Application info has a Membership payments tab with three diagrams showing how a payment moves, what pauses or ends a membership and how a payment comes back, and the Payments view links to it with How payments work.
  • Simpler booking pages: in the Client Portal, Book appointment, Reschedule and Book a session show what is booked in one summary card, with a Book bar on phones, and summary rows show a label over its value with one Change link. New appointment in the admin portal and the public booking page use the same rows.
  • Add to calendar menu: you can add an appointment or a session to your own calendar app or download it as a calendar file, and the event carries no service or staff name.
  • Shorter membership cards and checkout: a membership card shows the plan, the sessions left and the next payment, while the place and price sit under Details and payments. Checkout shows the plans beside a Your membership card with a Pay button that names the amount.
  • Calmer Client Portal: a home page with nothing booked shows one line and one Book button, on phones Book appointment comes first in the form with Cancel as a text link, and the top bar says Book appointment at every width. Cards have a border instead of a shadow, and every day tile names its month.
  • Clearer invitations: every place where you invite people gives the same commands and reasons, so a person without an email address shows a clear reason, inactive staff members explain that you activate them first, and the guidance for getting help names an Owner.
  • Email connections: you can archive a key directly, also for an active connection, and mark failed emails as handled with a note of who did it. Warnings name their route or connection, and archived connections fold away and carry an Archived badge in filters.
  • Smoother sign-in: the notice after a sign-in ends is shorter, Remember me and Forgot password share one row, and a failed security check recovers on the next Sign In press without an extra line. Disabled checkboxes also explain why when you hover over them.
  • Readable activity values: the Activities rail shows times, dates, prices and statuses in plain words, and segmented switches keep a divider between every segment without repeating tooltips.
  • Application info: Security overview and Compliance and standards show only to admins who may view security settings, and the texts now say only what the system does.
  • Clearer payment settings: Integrations › Payments now says Connected with: API key, and the coming app connection has its own section.

Correcciones

  • Invite without an email address: Invite now shows as disabled with a clear reason instead of ending in an unexpected error.
  • Location form errors: when a save is refused, each refused field shows its own error and its section opens instead of a general message.
  • Saved views after saving: after you save a changed view, the table shows its rows again instead of staying on Loading data.
  • Screen readers and voice control: the status picker, the rows in the split view and a disabled action in the start panel are now named by the text you see.
  • Book a session in one step: the allowance band, the days and the times now appear together, people booking no longer see how many places are left, and a band that continues into another week points that way with an arrow.
  • Signup activation and organization setup: creating a new organization, including when a signup is activated, now has up to 5 minutes, so a slow start no longer stops it midway and leaves a half-built workspace behind.
  • Logo for one-location admins: an admin restricted to one location now sees that location's logo in the sidebar, beside its colours and read-only name, instead of the organization logo.
  • Long dialogs on phones: on a phone, a long dialog now opens with its first field in view instead of scrolled away.

Seguridad y fiabilidad

  • Safer download links: download links for documents, task attachments and custom-field files no longer contain the file name, and the downloaded file keeps its name.
  • Text editor update: the text editor is updated to its latest version for better reliability.
