Book your next session from its page, a simpler feedback sheet and a clearer membership card

An upcoming session’s page in the Client Portal now lets you book the next session straight away, opening on the first day with a free time. Feedback opens as a simple sheet beside the page, and the membership card in the admin portal now shows clearly labelled facts.

Funciones

  • Book another session: an upcoming session’s page in the Client Portal shows what the membership has left and an outlined “Book another session” button that opens Book a session on the first day with a free time. A used-up trial offers “Continue after your trial” instead, and the session’s page now counts as part of Memberships in the navigation.
  • Feedback beside the page: in the admin portal and the Client Portal, feedback opens as a sheet on the right without dimming the page, so you can scroll and capture what is behind it. You answer one question and write one text instead of filling in two steps, and Send stays in view. On a phone the sheet fills the screen.
  • Labelled membership card: in the admin portal, the membership card now has one header followed by clearly labelled facts for This window, Billing, Rooms and Membership location. The allowance counts down, for example “0 of 2 left”, the same way people see it in the Client Portal.
  • Calmer Memberships tab: on a person’s Memberships tab in the admin portal, Mark paid is now outlined, so New appointment stays the one filled button on the page.
  • Table headers stay in view: in the data tables of the admin portal, the header row stays at the top while the rows scroll.
  • Clearer calendar and session rows: Add to calendar shows each calendar’s logo, the calendar event names its portal link as “Manage session” or “Manage appointment”, and a session row on Memberships names its membership on the second line.
  • Feedback in Praxium Console: feedback also opens as a sheet beside the page in Praxium Console, and closing a draft asks first with a red Discard button.
  • Feedback text and emails: in Praxium Console, new feedback shows the written text while older feedback keeps its severity and its structured answers, the copy email shows the text without a title row, and the notice to the team no longer shows severity.
  • Table headers in more places: the header row also stays in view while the rows scroll in the data tables of Praxium Console and the shared portal pages.

Correcciones

  • Clear trial data works: the action no longer shows an error page for trial workspaces created through sign-up. It leaves an empty workspace with its administrators, its audit protection and its default sender.
  • Staff booking keeps your choices: in New appointment, a time you picked while the case was still loading stays picked, the fields no longer jump, and the choices wait until the person’s locations are known.
  • Task drawer shows what really loaded: editors no longer appear over notes and files that did not load, the drawer no longer flickers when it refreshes, and a failed read now shows as failed with a way to retry.
  • No flash after booking: after you press Book in the Client Portal, the screen keeps your picked time and a busy Book button until the appointment’s page appears. Book a session, Reschedule and editing an appointment also stay locked, so Book cannot be pressed twice.
  • Pages open at the top: in every portal and on the public sites, a new page now opens at its top at once instead of opening part way down and gliding up. Links to a place on the same page still scroll smoothly.
  • First click on a view switch counts: a view switch such as the Sessions view on Memberships now waits until the page can handle the click, so an early click is no longer lost.
  • Location field works in production: the location field in the admin portal can ask your browser for your position again.
  • Fewer repeated refreshes: inviting a staff member now refreshes the page once, and activating a new account loads the setup page once.
  • Clear trial data for every trial: the action now also works for trial workspaces created in Praxium Console and leaves an empty workspace for all of them, including demo workspaces that used to get sample content. Use Wipe and reseed when you want sample data, and the older reset commands are retired.

Seguridad y fiabilidad

  • Short outages keep you signed in: when the server briefly cannot check its security settings, an open page in any portal keeps your session instead of signing you out. Protected pages still refuse access until the server can check again.
  • Stronger browser protection: your language preference is now stored only over secure connections, and security settings for every page now come from one reviewed source.
  • Safer handling of redirects: redirects and refusals in every portal are no longer stored by caches.
  • Longer secure-connection memory: browsers now remember for two years, subdomains included, to use secure connections only, and Praxium is ready for the browser preload list.
  • Current browser protections: an outdated browser filter is switched off, and hosted booking widgets no longer send a blanket refusal to be embedded, so only the list of allowed sites decides where they can appear.
