v0.16.2

Attendance charts, clearer reports and smoother task completion

The attendance report now shows charts per attendance group and a strip with each person’s recent visits and their days. Completing a task now confirms in place, and you can undo it for 8 seconds.

Funciones

  • Attendance charts per group: two bar charts now sit above the attendance table, one showing whether people in each attendance group have a next appointment planned and one splitting missed appointments into no-shows and late cancellations, and selecting a bar narrows the table to that group.
  • Recent attendance strip: the last eight recorded visits appear as marks with their own shapes, and a hint on hover, keyboard focus or tap lists each visit with its day and outcome.
  • Attendance strip in more places: the strip shows in the report, on phones, in the list of people and in Saved Views, and exports include the day of every visit.
  • One person’s attendance: you can search for a single person in the attendance report to see their attendance group, missed appointments and a twelve-month chart instead of the group overview.
  • Last appointment outcome column: a new filterable and sortable column shows how the last appointment ended, with help text in its header.
  • Inactive people are marked: deactivated people still count in the attendance report and show an Inactive badge, the person picker can find them, and the Staff filter lists staff who left but led appointments in the period, also marked Inactive.
  • Help on every chart: each report chart has a “How to read this chart” hint that names what it counts, and each report hint now starts with “Use it to”.
  • Task completion confirms in place: when you tick a task, the check pops, a line strikes through the title and the row collapses smoothly, focus moves to the next task, and a toast offers Undo for 8 seconds on the dashboard widget, the header drawer and the task page.
  • Mark notifications as unread: reading a notification now confirms in place before it moves to Read, and read notifications offer Mark as unread.
  • Saved header position: the pinned or unpinned state of the admin header is now saved per admin and follows you across devices.
  • Report tab order: the attendance tab now comes before Trends.

Correcciones

  • Day, Week and Month switch: the step switch in Appointments, Trends and Booking capacity reports now works on the first click even when no period is chosen, and shared links with a step open on that step.
  • This week filter on Sundays: the This week quick filter in the appointments list no longer turns itself off right after you click it on a Sunday.
  • Lists and exports loading reliably: a list of people or an export no longer fails when Client Portal columns are included, and exports no longer leave the Booked capacity cell empty.
  • Sidebar no longer jumps: a collapsed sidebar stays collapsed on reload and after a language change in the admin portal and the Client Portal, and opening the user menu no longer makes the sidebar open and close in a loop.
  • Page no longer shifts on load: an unpinned admin header no longer pushes the page up each time it loads.
  • Completed tasks keep their place: two tasks completed in quick succession no longer swap places while their rows leave the list.
  • Clearer chart wording: the missed-appointments chart now says it counts appointments rather than people, and some Dutch and Romanian chart descriptions have corrected grammar.

Seguridad y fiabilidad

  • More reliable sign-in: if a login page has been idle for a long time, signing in and completing two-step verification now recovers by itself without reloading the page.
  • Consistent login pages: login and password pages with the security check now display consistently, which avoids errors and a second page render while they load.
