v0.16.7
Shared field sets across a case, and clearer saving in lists and views
A field set can now keep one set of values for a whole case, which you read and edit from every appointment in that case. Lists and custom views also make saving explicit, so you can see what is saved and keep your unsaved work when you leave a changed view.
Funciones
- Case-shared field sets: A field set can now keep one set of values for a whole case, which you read and edit from every appointment in that case. The shared section shows who saved last and from which appointment, and each save creates a single entry in the activity history. Existing field sets keep working as they did, and new ICF field sets share their values across the case by default.
- Moving appointments between cases: When an appointment joins a case that holds different values, you choose for each shared section whether to keep, replace, or add values. When an appointment leaves a case, the shared values are copied to the appointment. If two people edit the same values at the same time, you are asked to recover instead of one change silently overwriting the other.
- Access, views, and exports: Shared sections follow the existing access rules, including in the Client Portal. In Saved Views, filters, sorting, and exports, shared fields in a single group use the values of the case, while repeatable lists are not yet available in Saved Views.
- Richer sample cases: The sample data now includes cases with ICF assessments, goals, and exercise lists, plus independent appointments that show how move conflicts work.
- Clear saving in lists: Column changes in the main lists save automatically, first showing Saving and then a brief green Saved confirmation. Filters stay temporary, Save as new turns them into a reusable view, and Reset filters resets only the temporary filters.
- Protection for unsaved changes: When you leave a changed custom view, its editor, or a record with retained edits, you can choose Stay, Discard changes, Save as new, or Save and continue. Discard changes is red and Save as new is teal, and a failed save keeps your draft.
- Blank new conditions: Add condition now opens an empty, focused field selector, so you choose the intended field yourself, and its explanation uses the blue information message.
- Visible column changes: Custom views mark added, hidden, and reordered columns inside Columns, with matching counts in the toolbar. The Columns dropdown now fits within the phone screen.
- Starter views and favourites: The sample data now provides four starter views for each main list, and every active administrator gets two favourites per list. Existing workspaces keep their own views and favourite choices, and the new sample choices apply the next time sample data is set up or reseeded. Local setup now also includes the starter views and sample documents, matching the sample reseed.
- Notifications in your account: Both account areas now name the tab Notifications and identify where your email settings are.
- Email buttons that follow access: Appointment and room emails show a Manage button, a View button, or no portal button, depending on what the recipient can currently do. Optional emails link to the recipient’s Notifications settings, and repeated instructions about managing an appointment are removed.
- Reservation details in the Client Portal: A reservation you own stays readable after it is completed or cancelled, and it can be cancelled from its page while cancellation is still allowed.
- Developer guidance links: Webhooks and API Profiles now link to developer documentation in your language.
Correcciones
- Dropdowns keep your choice in view: Searchable dropdowns now reopen with the current choice near the top, so the options that follow stay visible, and a new search shows the best match first.
- Renamed copies of shared views: A copy of a shared view can now be renamed and saved without a duplicate-name error caused by a hidden translation.
