This week’s updates make it faster to enter accurate addresses, easier to manage staff access, and more consistent to work across languages and appointment lists.
- Addresses: Entering a postal code and house number now fills in the street and town automatically across the admin portal, portal, and booking widget.
- Staff access: The staff list and roles page now show one clear action per person, with explicit options to invite, resend, revoke, reactivate, or link an account.
- Appointment lists: Appointment tables now use clear column headers and consistent pagination, with a stacked layout on smaller screens.
- Language accuracy: Invitation emails, confirmation pages, and sign-in now consistently use the correct language for each person.

- Address autofill: Entering a postal code and house number now fills in the street and town automatically on your records, staff records, locations, the portal, and the booking widget, while flagging any spelling differences from the official register.
- Staff access management: The staff list, staff profile, and roles page now show one consistent action per person, with explicit options to invite, resend, revoke, reactivate, or link an existing admin-only account.
- Inactive record safeguards: Inactive records stay visible for reference but read-only, new appointments cannot be booked with them, and deactivating someone with upcoming appointments now offers a clear review or cancel option.
- Birthday widget always visible: The dashboard birthday widget now stays visible with a clear message even when there are no birthdays coming up.
- Tidier settings and forms: The Appointments settings page is reorganised into clearer groups, form fields size to match their content, and the sidebar back button now works reliably.
- Clearer appointment tables: Appointment lists on your records, staff, service, and visit reason pages now show as organised tables with column headers, and switch to a labeled stacked layout on smaller screens.
- Consistent pagination: Every paginated list now shows the same clear range summary, with navigation buttons appearing only when there is more than one page.
- Improved collapsible sections: Section counts now appear next to the title, and the whole heading can be used to expand or collapse the section.
Correcciones
- Saved Views: Switching between records in a Saved View no longer resets the open tab back to the default.
- Sign-in screens: Login and multi-factor verification pages no longer flash before they are ready, and keyboard focus is preserved while loading.
- Loading errors: Leaving or closing a page while information is still loading no longer shows a misleading error message.
- Navigation after changes: Switching your password or interface language now takes you to the right page reliably.
- Invitation tabs: Opening a staff invitation no longer causes the page’s tabs to jump or reload unexpectedly.
- Multi-factor guidance: Security warnings about missing contact details for multi-factor authentication now show complete information for every combination of contact methods.
- Text editor shortcut: Pressing Escape inside a text editor now closes the editor first, rather than immediately cancelling the whole form.
- Border colors: Fixed several places, including the calendar, pricing options, and popovers, where borders appeared unintentionally dark instead of subtle.
- Language consistency: Invitation emails, confirmation pages, and sign-in, including sign-in with a verification code, now consistently use the correct saved language, and admin-only accounts and resent invitations respect it too.
- Display polish: Disabled controls no longer flicker during transitions, FAQ language overrides now show the correct language name, and the location map now shows a clear fallback message on unsupported browsers.

- Password confirmation: The function that confirms a signed-in user’s password can now only be called by that same authenticated user, reducing the surface for misuse.
- Database resilience: If the underlying database restarts briefly, the system now retries automatically instead of showing an error page.
- Routine updates: Underlying software components were updated to their latest secure versions as part of ongoing maintenance.
