Week 43: Week-view booking, month calendars, location branding and joining fees

19 oct 2026 - 25 oct 20265 versiones

Booking is faster with a week view on every booking screen, every calendar gains a Month view, and membership plans can charge a one-time joining fee.

  • Booking: You see the week as a strip of days with times grouped by part of the day, and you can book the next session straight from a session's page.
  • Calendars and branding: Every calendar offers Month view, and each location can show its own logo, name and colours.
  • Memberships: Joining fees, clearer plan and person views, and safer payment requests make memberships easier to manage.
  • Security: New-device sign-in emails, stronger admin protections and encrypted stored personal data add safeguards.

Funciones

  • Week view booking: Every booking screen shows the week as a strip of days, with the chosen day's times under Morning, Afternoon and Evening. In the Client Portal, Book a session has its own page showing what is left in each allowance period, and an upcoming session's page offers Book another session.
  • Month view: The Appointment Calendar, the Appointments tabs, a room's Reservations tab, a plan's Schedule tab and the dashboard widget now offer Day, 3 days, Week and Month, with a +N more link on busy days.
  • Location branding: A web address that belongs to a location shows that location's logo, name and colours on its sign-in page, after sign-in and on the lock screen. Emails use the location's name when it has its own logo, and membership emails show the membership location when you have more than one active location.
  • Joining fee: A membership plan can charge a one-time fee with the first payment of every new paid membership. You can set another amount, or none, for one person, and the Pay link, receipts, emails and Payments view show the fee.
  • Own prices stay in place: A plan price change no longer replaces a price you set for one person. A lower price starts at the next renewal, and people get an email when an announced change is called off.
  • Membership overview for admins: A plan's Members and Schedule tabs show weekly session use, low-use flags, payment state and a calendar of sessions. A person's Memberships tab has a Timeline, a Sessions view and a labelled membership card with the allowance counting down.
  • Payment requests and trials: Sending a payment request now needs a connected payment provider, and the screen explains this with a link to the payment settings. Trial accounts can connect a test key to try the whole payment flow.
  • Clearer Client Portal: The Memberships page has one main Book a session button and shows sessions left in one sentence. Session and appointment pages show the room, address, Add to calendar and Cancel, and results appear on the page instead of in a pop-up.
  • Sign-in and feedback: In the last five minutes of a sign-in, one dialog explains why it ends and counts down. Feedback opens as a sheet beside the page, and you can preview attached screenshots.
  • Guides and settings: Application info has a Membership payments tab with three diagrams. Invitations give consistent reasons, and email connections can be archived directly, with failed emails marked as handled.

Correcciones

  • Payments: Refunds and chargebacks reported by the payment provider are now always recorded, so a billing period reopens and people can no longer keep booking on money that was returned.
  • Booking reliability: Held times no longer stay blocked after a failed pick, and fields lock while a booking or reschedule is being sent so it no longer fails midway. After you press Book, the screen keeps your time and a busy button until the appointment's page appears.
  • Staff booking: In New appointment, a time you picked while the case was loading stays picked and the fields no longer jump.
  • Sign-out: Signing out of the Client Portal no longer keeps you on the old page for many seconds, and a click during sign-out no longer ends on a false “Your session has expired” message. The admin portal, console and Client Portal Sign out menus wait for the server's answer and show an error if sign-out is refused, and cached images are cleared from your browser when a session ends.
  • Audit log and activity: Every completed sign-in writes one success entry, failed resets and setups name the account, and logo changes now show in the activity log. The audit log page-size control now changes the rows shown.
  • Session counts: The admin MFA dialog and Sign out all other sessions count only sessions that are still open.
  • Trial workspaces: Clear trial data now works for trials created through sign-up or in Praxium Console and leaves an empty workspace. Resending the setup email works for provisioned trials, and new organization setup has up to 5 minutes to finish.
  • Forms and screens: Invite without an email address shows a clear reason instead of an error, and refused location saves show each field's own error. Saved views show their rows after saving, pages open at the top, and long feedback titles can be saved.
  • Accessibility: The status picker, split view rows and disabled start-panel actions are now named by the text you see, which helps screen readers and voice control.

Seguridad y fiabilidad

  • New-device sign-in email: When a staff member or a person using the Client Portal signs in on a browser their account has not used before, the account holder gets one email with the time, browser, device and approximate country. A sign-in on a known browser sends nothing, and after a password change or session revocation the affected browsers count as new again.
  • Admin MFA controls: Whether admin MFA may be set to Optional is now decided per business, and every switch of the mode is recorded in the audit log and emailed to owners and admins who can view security settings.
  • Network restrictions: A blocked network no longer sees the signed-in menu or profile page. Changing IP restriction settings needs a fresh authenticator code, and network code emails are capped per day.
  • Encrypted personal data: Client Portal sign-in details, invitation email addresses and personal details kept for sign-ups and feedback are stored encrypted. Searches in lists are no longer placed in web addresses.
  • Passwords and files: Password changes, resets and account setup share one check against known breached passwords, and a reset ends all usable sessions. A new Client Portal profile starts with Documents off, file fields on person and appointment records can no longer be public, and download links no longer contain the file name.
  • Browser protection: Short server outages keep an open page signed in, and browsers remember to use secure connections for two years. Redirects are no longer stored by caches, and hosted booking widgets appear only on allowed sites.
